I have decided I might try to start this blog up again. I started therapy, again, in the last couple months and I feel the need to document my journey in a more formal way than just the “therapy journal” that I keep random notes in. I find that evaluating the process is just as important for me as the process itself. However, I know I sometimes loose the process this way and need to always focus first on actually making progress. And then analyzing what worked and what didn’t. I hope I can find this balance here on the blog. Read more
